I'm Bella, and I am thrilled to be your lead teacher here. Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to exploring and understanding the profound power of yoga and meditation in achieving balance and stability in my life.
My journey in yoga began with a personal passion for self-discovery and inner transformation. As I delved deeper into the practice, I realised that my true calling was to share this incredible gift with others. I obtained 550 hours of extensive training, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge to become a compassionate and knowledgeable yoga instructor.
One of my greatest joys is helping people of all ages find their path to wellness through yoga. From babies to the elderly, I firmly believe that yoga has immense benefits for individuals of all walks of life. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I am here to be your personal guide on this transformative journey.

Kids Yoga
Our Kids Yoga Class offers a fun and interactive way for children to explore their physical and emotional well-being. Vinyasa Flow
Our Vinyasa Flow Class is designed to help you find your inner peace while building strength and flexibility. I will guide you through a series of poses and breathwork, allowing you to find a deeper connection to your body and mind. With a focus on mindfulness, you will leave feeling energized and relaxed.
Family Yoga
Family Yoga is a great way to bond with your loved ones while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Our Family Yoga class is designed to bring families together in a safe and fun environment, while allowing kids and parents to explore their personal practice. This class will help your family cultivate strength, balance, and relaxation through mindful movement.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and calming practice that will help you relax both mind and body. It uses props, such as blankets and bolsters, to support you in each pose and allow your body to open and release tension. This practice will help you to reconnect with yourself and restore balance within.
Gentle Yoga Flow
Gentle Yoga Flow is an all-level class designed to help you relax and move gently. We focus on mindful breathing and slow, mindful movements. You will have the opportunity to flow through gentle postures and stretches, allowing your body to find balance and ease. This class is designed to help you de-stress, increase flexibility, and build strength. Through this class, you will learn simple breathing techniques to help you relax and renew. It is a great way to reconnect with your body, mind and spirit.
Pregnancy Yoga
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes provide a gentle, supportive environment for expectant mothers to stretch, relax, and connect with their baby. Our experienced instructors will guide mothers through soothing yoga poses specifically designed to help with the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy. Every class also includes breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and prepare for labor and childbirth.
Post-Natal
Our Post Natal Yoga classes are designed to help new mothers recover and reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. Through a combination of yoga poses, breathing exercises and guided meditations, you will gain strength and flexibility, as well as a sense of peace and well-being. Our classes provide an opportunity to nurture yourself and your baby in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Mediation
Our Meditation service helps you find inner peace and balance in your life. Through guided meditation, you will learn to relax your body, focus your mind, and open your heart to the possibilities that exist within. Our sessions are designed to help you find clarity and a greater sense of wellbeing.
Yin Reiki Yoga
Our Yin Reiki Yoga Class offers a unique combination of gentle yoga, reiki healing, and meditation. This class is perfect for those looking to relax and rejuvenate their body and mind. The class is designed to create a calming atmosphere to help open up your energy pathways and promote healing.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga class that is trauma-informed and accessible to all. Our gentle stretches and movements can be done while seated, helping you to improve your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
