Eco-therapy
Eco-therapy, also known as nature-based therapy, is a unique and transformative approach to mental health that integrates traditional psychotherapy practices with the healing power of the natural world. By taking therapy outdoors, we create a space where nature becomes a co-therapist, supporting you to find balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection.
How Eco-Therapy Works
Stepping out of the traditional therapy room and into nature offers a refreshing and grounding perspective. Sessions are designed to help you reconnect to yourself and the environment around you through:
